Reasonably Unusual

$100.00
sold out

We all have our own perspectives, so no two people will think, feel or experience things the exact same way. That leaves a lot of space for miscommunication, awkwardness and bizarre interactions, which in my opinion are hilarious moments to capture in an improv scene. Being a reasonable person allows that unusual moment to stand out. When we are acting typical or reasonable and something strange pops up, we can all immediately feel and identify it. And so can the audience. That grounded and intentional scene-work is what we’re focusing on. This is a workshop where we will work on being reasonable people in scenes and not stress about being funny and I promise the comedy will follow :)

Workshops: Saturdays 12-2 (September 9, 16, 23, 30) at THE CLUBHOUSE

Shows: Fridays 8:30pm (September 29, Oct 7th) at THE CLUBHOUSE
