Class Size: Max 9
Garden Tier Pricing: Inclusive pricing options to advance opportunities.
Instructor: Jake Jabbour
In baseball, a six tool player is someone who has speed, can hit for power, hit consistently, throw, field, and demonstrates mental dexterity on the field. For improv, this translates to initiating, receiving, exploring, supporting, heightening, and persisting.
This workshop will introduce you to and give you reps in all six areas. As opposed to our former foundational workshops, we will be exploring both organic improv (no opening) and premise improv (opening). You’ll develop and understanding and comfort with long form setting you up for fun in your improv journey.
Week 1 - Inevitability and Surprise through Yes, And
Week 2 - Base Reality and Unusual Offers
Week 3 - Labeling
Week 4 - Support and Heightening
Week 5 - Sets and Surprises
